Yes! We can now ship worldwide. ✈️
‣ We use Korea Post to send our items and delivery times vary between 1-3 weeks depending on your location.
‣ Shipping costs also vary based on your country and it reflects pricing through the Korea Post for K-Packet or International Parcel.

Q. How can I order(worldwide shipping)?
1. Have a look at our website to check whether your desired item is currently available.
2. DM or Email us with the screenshot of the items you would like to buy and your shipping details.
3. We will get back to your DM/Email as soon as possible with the estimated prices.

Our website cannot process international payments. So please contact us via Email(alongside_studio@naver.com) or Insta(@alongside_studio) DM to make your order.
Q. What are the Change orders/Returns/Refunds policy?
‣ Alongside Studio is two artists owned and runs a small independent business. Therefore, we cannot accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations after the item is shipped. We have no control to cancel the order.
‣ If you want to change your order after placing it, contact us immediately so we can edit your order before shipping it.
‣ If you receive a broken item, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and the package box(inside&outside). *Please note that you might need to repay taxes for the replacement.
‣ Customer are responsible for all duties, taxes and expenses imposed by your country of residence for importing goods purchased from us when shipping internationally. These fees are not included in the shipping costs.
‣ For international orders, Alongside Studio will not be held responsible for customs delays. Please note that this is beyond our control. Thanks for understanding.
Q. 배송은 어떻게 되나요?
‣ 택배비는 3000원으로 얼롱사이드 스튜디오는 로젠택배를 사용합니다.
‣ 한국 전국지역으로 배송가능하며 산간벽지나 도서지방의 경우 추가금액 3000원이 발생합니다.
‣ 배송기간은 1~7일이며 주문하신 상품은 입금확인 후 최대한 빨리 5일이내(영업일 기준)로 배송해 드립니다.
‣ 주문제작 상품의 경우는 스케쥴에 따라 결제 후 수령까지 3~5주의 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
‣ 상품에 따라 배송지연시에 개별적으로 연락을 드립니다.
Q. 교환/ 환불 / 반품 규정은 어떻게 되나요?
‣ 얼롱사이드 스튜디오의 모든 상품은 소량으로 제작되는 핸드메이드 제품으로 단순 변심으로 인한 교환 및 환불은 불가합니다.
‣ 핸드메이드 제품의 특성상 모든 팟들이 형태와 컬러에서 약간의 차이가 존재할 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드리며, 이는 교환/반품/환불의 대상 아닙니다.
‣ 가마 소성 과정중에 발생하는 샤모트에 의한 스크래치, 철본, 색상변이는 자연스러운 현상이므로 교환/반품/환불의 대상이 아닙니다.
위와 같은 모든 사항에 예민하신 분들은 신중히 구매하실것을 당부드립니다.
‣ 배송중 파손 및 제품이상의 경우 제품수령 후 3일 이내에 인스타DM, 네이버 톡톡, 홈페이지 Q&A게시판에 접수를 부탁드립니다.
‣ 반품 및 교환의 경우 동일 택배사(로젠택배)를 통해 반송하는것을 기본으로 하며 왕복택배비 6000원이 발생합니다.
‣ 무통장입금으로 결제하신 경우에는 반품상품 수령 후 입금받으실 계좌로 바로 환불됩니다.
‣ 신용카드로 결제하신 경우 신용카드승인을 취소하여 결제대금이 청구되지 않게 합니다.(신용카드 결제일자에 따라 익월 환급처리될 수도 있습니다.)
Q. 제품을 구매했어요! 어떤 점을 조심해야 하나요?
‣ 얼롱사이드 스튜디오의 모든 작품은 100% 전과정 손으로 만들어졌습니다. 부드럽게 다루어 주셔서 오랫동안 사랑해주세요.
‣ 얼롱사이드 스튜디오의 토분은 디자인에 따라 중화도 or 고화도 토분입니다. 물마름은 중간정도이며 식물의 성장 환경에 따라 조절해주세요.
‣ 다리달린 팟의 경우 조금 더 파손에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다. 대신 다리덕분에 물마름과 통풍은 더욱 좋은 디자인입니다.
‣ 디자인에 따라 흙물듬을 최소화 하기 위해 토분 안쪽에 얇게 유약이 발라져 있을 수 있습니다. 물마름에는 전혀 방해가 되지 않는 정도의 두께와 소성온도로 소성되었으니 걱정마시고 식물집으로 사용해 주시면 됩니다.
‣ 유약을 바르지 않아 스크래치나 오염에 다소 약할 수 있습니다. 오염시, 흐르는 물에 가볍게 세척/ 건조하시면 깨끗하게 관리 가능합니다.
